At Odyssefy, we understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why we offer a flexible refund policy for our customers. Our goal is to provide peace of mind and assurance during the booking process and make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are eligible for flight and travel bookings under the following circumstances:

  •       Flight cancellations: In case of flight cancellations, we will process a full refund to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days. The refund amount will be subject to the airline's cancellation policy and any applicable fees.
  •      Flight delays: In the event of a flight delay, we will provide a full refund if the delay causes a significant change in your travel plans and you choose to cancel the booking.
  •       Travel packages: For travel packages, including hotel and activities, refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy of the respective suppliers. In case of cancellation, a partial refund may be applicable based on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
  •       Accommodations: You will be able to cancel your hotel or homestay accommodation, and we will refund your money as per their policy.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our refund policy. The time required to receive the refund will depend on the original mode of payment and the issuing bank's policies.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team by email or phone, and provide your booking reference number, flight details, hotel/homestay details and the reason for the cancellation. Our team will assist you in processing the refund and provide updates on the status of the request.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Please note that there may be certain exceptions to our refund policy, including but not limited to the following:

?      Non-refundable bookings: Certain flights and travel packages may have a non-refundable policy, and no refunds will be processed in these cases. This information will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

?      No-show: If you fail to show up for your flight or travel package, no refund will be processed.

?      Date changes: Changes to the travel dates may result in additional fees and changes to the original fare or package price, and a refund may not be applicable.
